Duration: 1 semester
Program Description
The Hospitality Customer Service program will allow graduates the opportunity to pursue a career in the hospitality/resort industry. After completing a post-secondary diploma program, students can enhance the potential for employment in their chosen field by completing this 15 week certificate program. Students will study courses in quality customer service, professionalism and effective communication.

Employment Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the Hospitality Customer Service program, graduates from this program are qualified to work in a variety of Tourism and Hospitality related occupations and are well prepared with the combined study of tourism and hospitality courses as well as customer service and professionalism. Graduates may be eligible (depending on specific hiring practices) for employment in all fields of tourism and hospitality promotion and planning.
Entrance Requirements
High School Graduates or Equivalent
High School Graduates or equivalent are eligible for admission to the Hospitality Customer Service program.
Mature Students
Mature Students are eligible for admission into the Hospitality Customer Service program. These students must be at least 19 years of age, complete an application form provide a copy of recent marks and write a Canadian Adult Achievement Test, arranged by Academy Canada.
AND
Completion of a post-secondary diploma in a chosen field of study.
