Academy Canada has been designated as a CWB authorized Test Centre!

CWB certification means that a certified company, individual, or product has met all the requirements of the certification standard and has been issued a certificate of compliance by the certifying organization.

In Canada, certification is required by National and Provincial Building Codes and over thirty other National Standards of Canada (CAN) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Standards. Many buyers and authorities specify certification as an assurance that the prospective supplier has demonstrated that it is capable of manufacturing and delivering welds of required quality and product reliability.

Academy Canada, St. John’s Campus, is pleased to be designated as an authorized test centre meaning we can offer a wide variety of welding tickets to our students, graduates and in the near future we will be offering tickets to the general public.
