One Chef, One Critic

The Harding Road Campus first year Cooking Students took part in the taping of “One Chef, One Critic” New Years Eve Salsa Fiesta Holiday Special.

For this event, students prepared beautiful tapas plates including the following seven dishes, Shrimp Fritters, Spicy Sausage and Cheese Tortilla, Salt Cod Fritters, Stuffed Mussels, Paella, BBQ pulled pork, and a vegetarian dish consisting of grape leaves stuffed with pine nuts, raison, and cinnamon.

Bravo on a wonderful job!

The show will be aired on Boxing Day.
