Program Description

A diploma in Hospitality Customer Service will allow graduates the opportunity to pursue a career in the hospitality/resort industry. After completing a post-secondary diploma program, students can enhance the potential for employment in their chosen field by completing this 15 week diploma. Students will study courses in quality customer service, professionalism and effective communication.

Employment Opportunities

Graduates may be eligible (depending on specific hiring practices) for employment in all fields of tourism and hospitality promotion and planning.

Entrance Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

High School Graduates or equivalent or mature student status (mature students may have to write a Canadian Adult Achievement Test, arranged by Academy Canada).

AND

Completion of a post-secondary diploma in a chosen field of study.
