Academy Canada Featured in Local Book, "Cooking With One Chef, One Critic"


Academy Canada was thrilled to get two mentions in “Cooking With One Chef, One Critic” - a new book by well-known celebrities Karl Wells and Steve Watson.

Harding Road Campus Cooking Instructor, Bernie-Ann Ezekiel, is pictured in the book along with one of her favourite recipes, "Maple Rum Scallops".

Former Academy Canada Chef, Dean Byrne, and his "Roast Chicken with Herbs on the Barbecue" recipe is also highlighted.

The book is available at all fine bookstores across the province.
