Do you take pride in planning projects and creating them?
If so, Academy Canada’s Computer Aided Drafting program is waiting for you!
Academy Canada’s Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) program is designed to provide students with the essential foundation of skills, knowledge and abilities required for computer-aided design, drafting and modeling in two-dimensional (2-D) and three-dimensional (3-D) project environments. These skills are in high demand, and will prepare graduates for rewarding careers in a wide range of industries, such as civil, construction, mechanical, and naval architectural fields.
In this program, students will become skilled in 2-D and 3-D computer-assisted drafting using AutoCAD, a leading industry-standard software application for computer-aided design and drafting used world-wide. The program begins with fundamental courses in design, drafting, sketching, technical mathematics and AutoCAD basics, then elevates to more advanced practical courses and applications, enabling students to create, capture and showcase their designs and newfound skills.
