Academy Canada Massage Therapy Program Featured On "Tiptoeing Through" E-Zine Article Entitled "The Benefits of Massage"

Academy Canada's Massage Therapy instructor, Amy Norris, and her students provide Massage Therapy services to everyone, including persons with disabilities.

According to Amy, Massage Therapy students learn about treating various conditions from musculoskeletal injuries like strains and tendonitis to central nervous system conditions like Cerebral Palsy. Students get to practice these treatments in a simulated environment.

Having clients with actual disabilities, such as Brennen, come to Academy Canada's student clinic allows them to experience treating real world conditions.

For persons with physical or developmental disabilities, Massage Therapy helps them improve their quality of life.

If you have a child with special needs, and wishes to receive Massage Therapy treatments, please feel free to call 709-570-2749.
