Academy Canada’s Consultant, James Loder, has his article entitled “An Open Call For Newfound-Preneurs” is posted on the “Business News”.

As 2018 draws to a close, Newfoundlanders and Labradorians have to adapt to the times like their ancestors did.

Like our grandparents and ancestors whom took their future in the seas, woods, and land, we now have to take charge of our own destiny. While most of us will not be Fish Harvesters or Miners, we must model ourselves from our ancestor’s spirits to become true “Newfound-Preneurs”.

“Newfound-Preneurs” are those whom take charge of their training, skills, ingenuity, and innovation to take advantage of available opportunities. Finding product or service gaps enables us to create full or part time opportunities to supplement our income.

If you can find a way to use your ancestor’s spirits to adapt, evolve, or innovate, you can become a “Newfound-Preneur”.
