Harding Road Campus Student Receives "Patricia Dooley Student Achievement Award"

The 30th Annual Chef's Ball was held on January 19th, 2013 at the Sheraton Hotel.

Cooking and other Culinary Arts students throughout the Greater St. John's Area helped prepare a meal.

"Chef's Ball" Menu:

• Assorted Cheeses with Cocktails
• Amuse Bouche of Shrimp
• Braised Beef Tongue
• Elephant Garlic Bisque
• Rack of Pork
• Chocolate Mousse & Hazelnut Napoleon
• Chocolate Truffles & Petite Fours

Chef Bernie-Ann Ezekiel, presented the "Patricia Dooley Student Achievement Award" to Harding Road Campus Cooking student, Nicholas Watton.

This award is based on academics, initiative, and student excellence.
